Terms and Conditions
Container Rental Pricing
Quoted rental price includes (1) delivery, (1) pick-up, and (1) landfill disposal of up to 2 tons.

Any weight over 2 tons will be billed at $100 per ton (or fraction thereof).
To ensure DOT compliance, the maximum allowable weight for any dumpster is 10,000 lbs (5 tons). Loads exceeding this limit will not be hauled.
Standard rental period is 7 days.
If a dumpster is delivered after 5:00 PM, the rental period will begin the following day.
A daily rate of $20 will apply starting on the 8th day.
An exchange/swap constitutes a new rental agreement.
Note: Use of third-party compaction services inside our dumpsters is strictly prohibited. These services can cause damage to containers, lead to unsafe loading, or result in overweight conditions. Customer will be held responsible for damages or unserviceable containers caused by such services.

Taxes and Municipal Charges
In accordance with Texas state regulations, applicable sales tax will be added to the total invoice amount, including rental fees and any overage charges.
Municipality franchise fees or surcharges, if any, will also be applied.

Applicable Fees
Weight Overage: $100 per ton (or fraction thereof) beyond the 2-ton included allowance, up to the 10,000 lb (5 ton) DOT limit.
Heavy Material Loads (concrete, dirt, roofing, asphalt, etc.): Must be evenly distributed and not exceed 2 feet deep. Customer is responsible for all overweight fines, penalties, or tickets. Our drivers may refuse to haul overweight/unserviceable dumpsters; in such cases, an unserviceable condition fee will apply.
Manipulation Required: $175 fee for handling of overloaded dumpsters (loaded above the fill line), rebalancing, or removal of prohibited waste.
Cancellation: $100 if cancelled 12–24 hours prior to delivery; $150 if cancelled same day.
Change of Location After Drop: $175 fee.
Unauthorized Movement: $200 fee if dumpster is moved from original placement by anyone other than Loads2Go.
Unserviceable Conditions/Trip Charge: $175 fee if pick-up/drop-off is blocked, container is inaccessible, or site is not ready.

Overdue Rental: $20/day after the 7-day rental period. Customer is responsible for contacting us to schedule pick-up; rentals do not auto-end

Adequacy of Access and Service Site
Customer warrants that the access route and site are adequate to bear the weight of dumpsters and trucks. Loads2Go is not responsible for damage to pavement, driveways, landscaping, fences, sprinkler systems, or other property. Customer assumes all liability for such damages.

Permits
Customer is solely responsible for obtaining any municipal or county permits required for placement of dumpsters and for ensuring compliance with ordinances or regulations.

Waste Material Restrictions
Customer warrants that materials placed in dumpsters will be permitted waste only and will not include prohibited or hazardous waste.

Prohibited Items:

Hazardous/Toxic waste, chemicals, solvents, paints (with wet paint), medical waste, asbestos
Propane tanks, gas/oil containers, oil filters, fluorescent bulbs, radioactive materials
Large appliances containing Freon (fridges, freezers, AC units)
Tires, batteries, liquid waste, septic tanks
Railroad ties, water heaters, 55-gal drums, PCB waste

Special Handling: Customer agrees to reimburse Loads2Go for 110% of disposal costs incurred for any prohibited items discovered, with a minimum fee of $120 per prohibited item.

Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for dumpsters while on site, including any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Upon pick-up, dumpster doors must be closed and latched with bar. Failure may result in additional service fees.

Payment Terms
Rental fees are due at time of order.
Overage fees (tonnage, daily rental, prohibited items) will be charged at pick-up.
Customer authorizes Loads2Go to charge the payment method on file for all outstanding balances.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Cash, Check, (ACH) Bank Transfer
Late Payment: Amounts unpaid after 15 days are subject to a 10% late fee per month (minimum $20). Nonpayment may result in lien, collections, and recovery of attorney/court costs.

Agreement
By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions for the initial and all subsequent rentals.
